Welcome to notesparfums.com (the "Site").

By placing an order with Notes Parfums ("Notes Parfums", "we", "us" or "our") for products which are sold on the Site ("Products") you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and, if you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.

We amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please look at the bottom of this page to see when these Terms and Conditions were last updated. Every time you order Products from us, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. If we have to revise these Terms and Conditions and this has a material impact on your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes.

  1. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that a Dispatch Confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, when we dispatch the Products to you) ("Contract"). If you require any information concerning your order please email us at info@notesparfums.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a Product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

  2. Due to the nature of our products, all products are strictly not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. All items are packed carefully and checked properly before leaving our premise. If there is any error/breakage/spillage, please kindly email us at info (at) notesparfums (dot) com within 24 hours upon receipt for authorization. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, unclaimed, undelivered, and returned packages under any circumstances, as such, refund or re-delivery cannot be claimed for lost, unclaimed, undelivered, and returned packages.

  3. A Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.

  4. You own a Product once we have received payment in full.

  5. The Products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the Products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Please note that samples are subject to availability. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

  6. The images of the Products on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Your Product may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of Products may also vary from that shown in images on our website.

  7. You may only purchase Products from our site if you are at least 18 years old.

  8. All materials featured on the Site (drawings, designs, models, illustrations, images, sound tracks, texts, logos, trademarks…) are the exclusive property of Notes Parfums. You may not reproduce, by any means or process, totally or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify or sell any such materials contained on the Site.

Shipping Policy

​

Once an order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled or amended. Please read and check all details and information carefully before submitting your orders.


Please read the following carefully before placing your order. Once your order is submitted and confirmed, it automatically signifies that you have read and agreed with the following.

1. Shipping Methods:
All international orders will be sent via DHL/Fedex or equivalent. Tracking information will be notified via e-mail.

Notably for security reasons, Notes Parfums shall not process any order for which a general delivery address, a P.O. box, a parcel locker, or a parcel pick-up service address has been provided.

2. Shipping Fee:
Orders are charged at a fixed rate of delivery fee automatically calculated based on destination and carrier option.

We ship to selected countries/regions. If you cannot find your country/region in the list of our shipping destination, that means we are unable to ship to that country/region at the moment.

3. Delivery Time:
Once payment has been received, your order will be packed within 7 working days, except when the ordered item(s) is/are out of stock, or upon notice, or during breaks/holidays. DHL/Fedex will normally arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination.

Please note that whilst every effort is made to meet the delivery times quoted, Notes Parfums do not provide absolute guarantees. The Site uses reputable couriers for their prompt and efficient service but occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, delay may occur.

 

4. International Registered Mail

Orders sent using international registered air mails may not be tracked successfully all the time, and may be subject to customs inspection and clearance. It is at customer's own risk for placing orders that are to be sent through international registered air mails. By placing such orders, customer agrees that refund or re-delivery cannot be claimed for unsuccessful deliveries or missing packages sent through international registered air mails.

 

5. Orders placed in Hong Kong

Orders placed in Hong Kong will be sent by HK Post or SF Express, which may or may not be tracked successfully all the time.

5. Business Days
Our business operates during normal business hours on normal business days only. Orders can be placed 24/7 on this website, meanwhile we only pack and ship orders during business days. Packing, shipping, and customer service will not be available during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, and occasional events/holidays/breaks.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You may, depending on your place and country of destination, have to pay duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees. Please consult your local customs for more information about the relevant duties, taxes and other charges before placing an order. All prices quoted on our website do not include customs duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees. Please note that we do not hold any responsibility for failed deliveries (and therefore cannot refund or replace any order in such case) due to refusal of payment of customs duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees, as well as unsuccessful deliveries due to confiscation by customs, or package lost during the process of delivery, or unclaimed/uncollected package. Should your package be returned to us due to any circumstances, you may arrange for a re-delivery by paying the shipping cost once more (in this case, re-delivery fee is also required for orders with free shipping), unless any of the item(s) in the returned package broken/leaked (in this case, a re-purchase will have to be done). If refund is insisted, a restocking fee of 30% of the total original value (i.e. pre-discount value) of all item(s) in that particular order as well as the shipping cost of that order will not be refunded.

 

6. Availability of products

Notes Parfums shall not be liable if Products are out of stock or unavailable for orders that have not yet been accepted by Notes Parfums. For the avoidance of doubt, any purchase order by the customer constitutes an offer for purchase, and Notes Parfums has the right to accept or reject any purchase orders of Products from customers (email notifying you that the order request been received is only an acknowledgement of your offer but not a confirmation of your order, and does not constitute any form of contract between you and us). Notes Parfums’ acceptance of your order will only take place when we notify you by email (or another channel) to that your order been shipped, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

Notes Parfums reserves the right to change the Products available on the Site at any time and without any prior notice. In order to improve service quality and ensure greater availability of our Products for all customers of the Site, Notes Parfums reserves the right to limit the number of Products which can be purchased per customer. As such, given the limited availability for some of our products, Notes Parfums reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase per customer at its sole discretion at any time and shall have the final decision.


We reserve the rights to amend any of the above policies and terms of service at our own discretion without prior notice.
